Need help with a report, backup, or Offline Pro purchase? Email us and include the iOS version and a short description of what happened.

Restore Offline Pro

Open Field Report, go to Settings, select Offline Pro, then choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID that originally purchased Offline Pro.

Your report data

Projects and report photos remain available locally while offline. With Offline Pro and an available iCloud account, they sync automatically to devices signed in to the same iCloud account. We also recommend creating periodic backups from Settings and saving them somewhere you control.

Purchase issues

Apple processes all payments. If a charge needs to be reviewed or refunded, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.
