Need help checking a PDF or managing PDF Checker Pro? Email us with your iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not attach a confidential document; the included sample PDF is usually enough to reproduce a workflow.

Try the sample PDF

On the Check screen, choose the included sample report to experience a complete scan without importing your own document. Open any finding to see the page, evidence, location, explanation, and suggested next step.

Import from another app

Open a PDF in Files or another app, choose Share, then select PDF Checker. The Share Extension prepares a private local working copy and never changes the original.

Restore or manage PDF Checker Pro

Open PDF Checker, go to Settings, select the PDF Checker Pro card, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that originally subscribed. Choose Manage Subscription to change or cancel a plan in Apple’s subscription settings.

Purchase issues

Apple processes all payments. If a charge needs to be reviewed or refunded, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Your documents

Documents, profiles, findings, and exported summaries are stored locally. PDF Checker does not upload document content to our servers. Deleting a recent report or profile always asks for confirmation first.
